3. Services are provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes as results can vary.

4. Users must respect the equipment and facilities. Any damage caused by negligence will incur repair fees.

5. Payment for services must be made in full before the simulation package is shipped.

6. Cancellations or rescheduling of demo sessions must be done at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a penalty fee.

7. Personal data collected during registration will be used only for service provision and will not be shared with third parties.

8. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through our official website.
